The College for All Texans Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization. Originally the Foundation was launched in 2001 as a support organization for the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, operating to generate the resources needed to ensure the success of the higher education plan – Closing the Gaps by 2015.
The Foundation would like to thank our partners from corporations, foundations, education, and the community. Their efforts are ensuring success in higher education.
